October 6 – Annual Nub’s Nob Open House with demo ski sale, discounts on equipment tune ups, free chair lift rides and a cook out. 10 to 4 p.m. The office will be open to process season tickets at our 10% off sale.
October 10 - Cutoff date for 10% pre-season discount on the best season ticket value in the Midwest! Passes are still available after this date at regular prices.
Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 22 – Weather permitting, we plan to open today!
Early Season Discount Lift Ticket Period. From opening day until December 7th enjoy the best in early season skiing at reduced rates.
Nov. 24 - Thanksgiving Weekend Rail Jam for Manna sponsored by Skull Candy. Saturday at 11am. All you need is a signed release form and either $5 or 5 canned good with all registration fees and food stuffs donated to the Manna Food Project of Petoskey. 2nd annual Level 1 Productions 'Sunny'/Stept Productions 'The Eighty Six' Movie Premiere with special guest Mike Hornbeck begins at 5pm with massive raffles and gear toss. $10 movei ticket includes free pizza.

Dec. 26 - Holiday Night Skiing & Riding begins and runs from 6 to 10 p.m. on December 26 through January 5 with the exception of New Year’s Eve. Our regular night skiing calendar then begins on Monday, January 7 and runs every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday until March 16th from 6 to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights and 5 till 9 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday nights. We are also open for holiday night skiing on Sunday January 20 and February 17 from 6 till 10 p.m.

Jan. 19 - Beat the Local (Games of S.N.O.W.)! Beat the local is a one of a kind event you will find only at Nub's. Based around the basketball game of P.I.G., contestants compete against each other other and a group of Nub's locals, to set and match tricks (much like making and matching a shot on the basketball court). Be the last entrant standing and be crowned the new winner of Beat the Local.

March 16 – The 51st Annual Nub’s Nob Open – Northern Michigan’s premier slalom racing event. Top to bottom World Cup style slalom racing on Birch Run and Smokey. $8 entry fee. This race also counts for participants in the season-long Volkl/Marker/POC Speed Series as race # 6.
March 17 - Volkl/Marker/POC Speed Series Race. 9:30am Super G Racing on Sno Pro. Championship final in 7 event series. Open to advanced skiers age 9 and up. Series and Championship awards to top 3 finishers in this Super G. Awards for Age/Gender classes and Overall follow this race. Series awards are courtsey of Volkl/Marker/Point 6.
March 18 – Late Season Spring Discount Period Begins - Come enjoy the best in Michigan spring skiing & snowboarding at reduced rates through the end of the season.

March 24 - The Return of the Super Fun Park! Spend the day in the newly shaped park as we celebrate spring. With a special park being designed for this event you can expect a great day of spring riding with your friends amidst a laid back day of impromptu contest like the Jump Line Jam, High Ollie Contest, Longest Manual, Rail Jams and much more! Music and Food in the sponsor tent village all day and special prizes for the best rider/skier of the day!
