The advent of new, shorter shaped skis has dramatically increased
control, made turning easier, improved stopping, reduced fatigue
and made skiing more fun! Our new Rossignol skis, mounted with new
Rossignol ski bindings, give Nub's Nob the best and newest ski
rental gear in the Midwest for youngsters and grown-ups.
We also increased our inventory of Nordica ski boots for
men and women! Nordica, the industry leader, has long provided
Nub's Nob with the best rental boots for every type of foot.
Each new model is specifically made for either kids, ladies
or men. Every Ladies and Junior boot has been specially fitted
with custom made heel lifts for superior fit, stance and balance.
Nub's Nob offers 400 Giro helmets for all ages. Located next
to the boot fitting area in the Rental building this department
is another industry leader.
Snowboard rental customers will love our fleet of Head Snowboards.
Riders love their flexibility and ease of turning. All our
snowboards are equipped with Rossignol snowboard
boots and bindings. The Rossignol snowboard system is the best
available. It's fun to use and very easily adjusted for your
personal stance, whether regular or goofy!
Our Salomon Snowblade inventory was beefed up to keep pace
with the fast growing popularity of this twin-tipped sport.
To make your experience even better at Nub's Nob, you can
purchase lift tickets at the rental counter. Renting gear
and buying tickets at the same time, gets you more turns on
"The Midwest's Best Snow"! Rental customers also
enjoy our ski/snowboard check located by the rental exit.
Ski/snowboard check service is free to customers renting skis
and snowboards from Nub's Nob. For your convenience and comfort
you can buy comfy ski socks and both hand & toe warmers
while in the rental building.
