October 3, 2014 - We just completed load testing our chairlifts.  In a load test buckets of water are placed on the chairs to simulate a fully loaded lift. With the lift loaded we test the brakes, safety circuits, and auxiliary power.  The State of Michigan requires a load test once every five years, but at Nub’s Nob we test every lift every year.WP 000879
